Bosch original 0414701019 Diesel Fuel Injector Nozzle for DC12 Engine, Replacement for OEM 1409193, Fits 4-series 114 124 Series with Cross Reference 1440579 original new injector

The Bosch 0414701019 is an original Electronic Unit Injector (EUI) engineered for Volvo D12 series heavy-duty diesel engines. Built on Bosch Unit Injector System (UIS/PDE) technology, it combines the high-pressure pump and injector nozzle in a single cylinder-head-mounted assembly. Fuel is compressed by a camshaft-driven plunger, injection timing is electronically controlled, and atomized fuel is delivered directly into the combustion chamber—producing high injection pressure, precise fuel metering, improved combustion efficiency, and lower exhaust emissions.

The injector is compatible with Volvo D12A, D12B, D12C, and D12D engines, including D12C420, D12C460, D12D420, and D12D460 variants with 12.1-liter displacement. It fits Volvo FH12, FM12, NH12, and B12 trucks and buses, as well as industrial engines, power generation systems, construction machinery, and marine equipment. Cross references include Volvo OE numbers 85000096, 85000582, 20561284, 20584347, 7420561284, and 7420584347, plus Bosch alternatives 0414701027, 0414701082, 0986441015, and 0986441115—giving buyers flexible sourcing options.

Manufactured to OEM quality standards, this injector delivers heavy-duty durability, long service life, reduced maintenance cost, and improved fuel economy, lowering total cost of ownership. Every unit is backed by a 12–24 month warranty with worldwide service availability.
