Bosch original OM904 OM906 OM926 Engine 0414799002 Diesel Fuel Unit Injection Pump for Mercedes-Benz AXOR ACTROS Mp2 Mp3 Replacement, for heavy duty diesel engine application original new injector

Engineered for the demanding world of heavy-duty diesel power, the Bosch 0414799002 Electronic Unit Pump (EUP) is a core component of the Bosch 799 Series unit pump family, developed by Robert Bosch GmbH for commercial vehicle fuel injection systems. Unlike conventional distributor pumps, this EUP design assigns a dedicated pumping element to each cylinder, combining camshaft-driven mechanical pressure generation with ECU-controlled solenoid valve timing. The result is highly accurate fuel metering, optimized combustion efficiency, and reduced exhaust emissions.

Built from wear-resistant alloy steel and factory-calibrated to Bosch OEM specifications, the 0414799002 delivers injection pressures exceeding 1,600 bar with precise fuel metering for every combustion cycle. The pump supports Euro II, Euro III, and selected Euro IV diesel platforms, making it a dependable solution for fleets operating under varied emission standards. Its robust construction ensures extended service life under severe working conditions, from long-haul highway transport to demanding construction and mining environments.

This unit pump is widely applied across the Mercedes-Benz OM900 engine platform, including OM902, OM904, OM906, and OM924, as well as OM457, OM460, OM501, OM502, OM541, and OM542 heavy-duty engines. Typical vehicle applications cover Mercedes-Benz Actros, Axor, and Atego trucks, plus Freightliner commercial vehicles and industrial diesel power units. Cross-referenced with Bosch Exchange number 0986445008 and Mercedes-Benz OE A0280746902, the 0414799002 is a trusted choice for OEM service centers, engine rebuilders, and remanufacturing facilities worldwide.
