Bosch original Diesel Unit Pump 0986445001 Replacement for Diesel Engine Auto Parts for 12L MIDR 06.24.65 A46 12LE7-350 Engine for MACK TRUCK RENAULT original new injector

The BOSCH 0986445001 Fuel Injection Unit Pump (755 Series) is a precision-engineered diesel fuel injection component developed for heavy-duty diesel engines. Operating within the Unit Pump System (UPS), the pump plunger is mechanically actuated by the engine camshaft to compress diesel fuel to extremely high pressure, while the ECU controls fuel quantity through an electronically controlled valve. This design ensures accurate fuel metering, optimized combustion efficiency and stable fuel delivery, improving power, fuel economy and emission performance.

This unit pump is compatible with Mack E7, E7-350, E7-400, E7-427, E7-460 and E7 E-Tech engines, as well as Renault MIDR 06.24.65, A46, B46 and C46 engines. It fits Mack CH, CL, CX and Vision trucks and Renault Magnum, Premium, Kerax, Major and Manager vehicles, and also serves excavators, wheel loaders, mining equipment, tractors, harvesters, generator sets and marine auxiliary engines. Cross references include 0414755002, 0414755003, 0986445004, Mack 313GC5227M, 313GC5222M and Renault 7485003176, 5010284908.

Built to OEM calibration standards, the 755 Series unit pump offers high-pressure fuel generation, corrosion and wear resistance, and long service life for industrial reliability. It is an effective replacement for common fuel system failures such as hard starting, power loss, black smoke, high fuel consumption, engine misfire, rough idle and poor acceleration. For optimal performance, clean the fuel system before installation, replace fuel filters, verify pump timing, perform pressure and leak testing, and confirm ECU calibration.
