Bosch original Replacement Fuel Unit Pump 0986445005 for Excavator Truck, Cross Reference 1379110, Replacement for OEM 1392052 Diesel Fuel Injection Unit Pump original new injector

The BOSCH 0986445005 Unit Pump Injector is a genuine Bosch Exchange Program component belonging to the globally recognized Bosch 755 Series Unit Pump System (UPS). Engineered for heavy-duty commercial diesel engines operating under demanding conditions, this OEM-standard fuel injection component delivers precise fuel metering, stable injection pressure, improved combustion efficiency, and long service life. It is a proven solution for long-haul transportation, mining, construction, agricultural machinery, and industrial power generation applications.

This unit pump directly replaces DAF OE numbers 1392052 and 1392052R and corresponds to Bosch original numbers 0414755005, 0414755004, and 0414755003, superseded to exchange number 0986445005 (0 986 445 005). The assembly is widely fitted on DAF heavy-duty truck platforms equipped with DAF and PACCAR Euro II and Euro III diesel engines, covering DAF CF75 / 75CF, CF85 / 85CF, XF95 / 95XF, and the broader CF and XF Series trucks and buses.

In operation, low-pressure fuel is delivered to the unit pump, where a camshaft-driven plunger generates injection pressure; the ECU then calculates injection timing while the solenoid valve controls fuel quantity, ensuring fine atomization, higher engine power output, and reduced emissions. Typical failure indicators include hard starting, white or black smoke, loss of power, increased fuel consumption, rough idle, engine vibration, and injection system fault codes. For reliable results, installation should include new sealing components, OEM torque specifications, and a full leak test.
