For fleet managers and maintenance teams servicing Caterpillar C9-powered equipment, the 10R-7221 diesel fuel injector is a purpose-built replacement component aligned with OEM specifications for C9 series engine platforms. It is compatible with standard C9, C9 ACERT, C9.3, C9 Marine, C9 Generator, and C9 Industrial engines, and serves as a direct fit for a wide range of Caterpillar heavy equipment. The component is widely available across global OEM and aftermarket maintenance channels for its proven system compatibility.

Built with high-precision CNC-machined parts and micron-level tolerance control, the injector meets strict OEM calibration standards to deliver accurate fuel delivery and superior atomization. Heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and wear-resistant materials extend service life in harsh operating conditions, while optimized combustion improves fuel efficiency, boosts power output, reduces exhaust smoke, and cuts harmful emissions including NOx, particulate matter, and unburned hydrocarbons. It also lowers long-term equipment maintenance costs.

The injector supports industrial use cases across construction, mining, power generation, marine, agricultural, and material handling sectors, covering excavators, wheel loaders, motor graders, generator sets, and industrial power systems. It includes a 12-month warranty, and follows standardized installation protocols to reduce service downtime. Adhering to recommended 2,000–4,000 operating hour service intervals supports sustained, reliable engine performance.
