Caterpillar original 150-4453 Fuel Injector for Caterpillar 5130B 5230B C3500 Engine, for heavy duty diesel engine application, 266-4387, Replacement for OEM 250-1304, 246-1854 original new injector

As a genuine Caterpillar (CAT) original component, the 150-4453 fuel injector is engineered for selected CAT 3500B Series heavy-duty diesel engines, with verified compatibility across 3508B, 3512B and 3516B models. It fits a wide range of CAT heavy equipment including D11N/D11R dozers, 777 series mining trucks, 785C/789C haul trucks, 854G/992G loaders, and 5130B/5230B excavators. Widely referenced in CAT service networks, engine overhaul programs and global aftermarket supply chains, it is a standardized option for B2B industrial parts procurement.

Built to OEM specifications with industrial-grade construction, this injector delivers precisely metered diesel fuel into the combustion chamber at the correct pressure, timing and spray pattern. Its optimized atomization boosts combustion efficiency, cuts fuel consumption and smoke emissions, stabilizes engine operation, and protects critical components from premature wear. It features high-precision fuel delivery, long service life and stable combustion, fully adapted to harsh mining, marine, power generation and construction operating conditions.

Installation requires qualified diesel technicians, who must verify engine, equipment and original injector part numbers before fitting. Clean fuel systems are critical to extending injector life, as contaminated fuel, water intrusion and improper filtration are top failure causes, with symptoms including hard starting, rough idle, power loss and poor fuel economy. Suitable for mining fleets, marine propulsion, standby generators and industrial pumping stations, this injector delivers reliable performance for global heavy-duty engine operators.
